Abstract: This paper focuses on a new concept of intellectual activity, knowledge, Information and data thatapplicable in the Knowledge Management, Artificial Intelligence and Intellect Modeling. These terms are not welldefined, and because of that software developers are not sure what they are doing. The terms proposed are clear andunderstandable by any interested person. They are used extensively in the Intellect Modeling. The paper includes alsodiscussion of the following questions. Is there any general direction in a progress of cybernetics and informationtechnologies or it consists of many independent movements? What needs are served by IT? What approaches are usedby IT products? Where IT going?
