Abstract: Pasritamig is a bispecific T-cell engaging antibody targeting human kallikrein-2 (KLK2) on cancer cells and CD3 on T cells in development for treatment of prostate cancer. MIDD, based on pasritamig clinical data, provided the integrated support in the determination of the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and assist selection of the phase 3 dose, by characterizing the population PK (popPK) and exposure-response (E-R) for efficacy and safety in mCRPC patients from the first-in-human (FIH) study.
