Abstract: The IMbrave150 trial established atezolizumab plus bevacizumab (ATE/BEV) as a first-line standard of care for patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), demonstrating improved overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) over sorafenib. Ongoing real-world data collection are needed to assess ATE/BEV effectiveness and safety.
