Abstract: Sugemalimab, a fully human monoclonal anti–PD-L1 antibody, demonstrated clinical benefit in the phase III GEMSTONE-301 trial for unresectable stage III and GEMSTONE-302 trial for treatment-naïve stage IV NSCLC. Yet, real-world evidence is limited, warranting further validation in routine clinical settings.
