Abstract: This finalized proposal presents the biochemical rationale for the D021.1 formulation. Each component is selected based on its Cd score and supported by contemporary scientific literature (2021–2025). The protocol utilizes Borneol-mediated BBB opening and Berberine-mediated efflux inhibition to ensure that the primary flavonol matrix (Quercetin/Cannflavins) reaches therapeutic concentrations in the CNS.
