Abstract: We report the case of a young male with gradually worsening knee pain and terminal restriction of flexion which on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed features suggesting a diagnosis of synovial haemangioma in the posterior intercondylar region. The mass was excised, and the histopathology confirmed the diagnosis post-operatively. After excision, the patient was pain free with full range of movements at 2-year follow-up.
