This Zenodo archive contains the complete materials associated with the study “Two-Scale Dynamics in Galaxy Rotation Curves: Universal Structure and a Central Dynamical Superstructure in SPARC.” The work presents a fully empirical and reproducible analysis of galaxy rotation curves based on the SPARC database. Using the TCT-FRANJAMAR framework, the missing-velocity field is reconstructed directly from the data, without assuming a parametric dark-matter halo model or a modified-gravity prescription. The main result is a two-component empirical structure in the reconstructed missing-velocity field: a large-scale universal component recovered when rotation curves are expressed in units of disk scale length; a compact central residual component that emerges after subtraction of the universal profile and is strongly linked to dynamical regime. The archive includes the full manuscript, appendix, analysis pipeline, reproducibility scripts, and supporting materials required to reproduce the reported results. The robustness programme includes bootstrap resampling, velocity and radius shuffling, noise perturbations, null-universe tests, transition-universe tests, and unsupervised clustering. These tests are designed to assess whether the recovered structures could arise from sampling effects, random correlations, observational noise, or fitting degeneracies. The analysis is data-driven: no functional form for the universal missing-velocity profile is imposed a priori, and the central component is identified through systematic residual analysis of the reconstructed SPARC rotation curves. The effective central mass discussed in the manuscript should be understood as a dynamical quantity inferred from residual structure, not as a direct baryonic mass, bulge mass, or compact-object mass. Raw SPARC input data are not redistributed in this archive because of licensing constraints and must be obtained from their original source.
