Abstract: هدف البحث الحالى إلى تقديم رؤية تربوية مقترحة تسهم فى تحقيق التمكين المهنى للمعلم فى ضوء أبعاد جودة الحياة المدرسية؛ وذلك من خلال توضيح الإطار الفلسفى لجودة الحياة المدرسية، والتعرف على الأسس النظرية للتمكين المهنى للمعلم، وكذلك تحديد أبعاد جودة الحياة المدرسية والتى تسهم فى تحقيق التمكين المهنى للمعلم، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفى لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وتوصل البحث إلى أن جودة الحياة المدرسية تسهم فى تلبية احتياجات المعلمين المتنوعة على المستوى الشخصى والمهنى، وتعزيز الأداء والتفوق التعليمى، والتأثير إيجابيًا على النتائج التربوية والتعليمية، ومن ثم تحقيق التمكين المهنى للمعلم. Abstract:The current research aimed at presenting a proposed educational vision that contributes to achieving professional empowerment for teachers in the light of the dimensions of quality of school life. This could be achieved through Clarifying the philosophical framework of quality of school life, identifying the theoretical foundations of professional empowerment for teachers, and identifying the dimensions of quality of school life that contribute to achieving professional empowerment for teachers. To achieve its goal the research depended on the descriptive method. The research concluded that quality of school life contributes to meet the diverse needs of teachers at the personal and professional levels, as it contributes to enhance performance and educational excellence, and positively impacting educational and learning outcomes, and then achieve professional empowerment for teachers.
