Abstract: Rural development can be considered as a major common problem that needs to be managed correctly for developing countries today. This problem or concept is important for all developing countries in terms of socio-economic development of rural areas and access to urban life standards. For this reason, the development level of countries is directly related to the development of rural areas, and rural development is directly related to rural tourism and agricultural tourism. With this study, the agro-tourism potential of the developing Afyon Ayazini Village was evaluated and the agricultural areas and landscape within the village borders, natural and cultural heritage elements, recreation areas and functional civil architecture examples were analyzed with a holistic approach and architectural perspective and suggestions were made based on the agro-tourism potential. The effects of the existing agro-tourism potential on the farms and agricultural areas in the village on the development of the city were determined and suggestions were made regarding the structure and landscape of 3 farms. By comparing with rural areas that are successful in agro-tourism around the world, the existence of agro-tourism potential for sustainable rural development of Ayazini Village has been revealed.
