Results revealed that library staff displayed positive attitude towards users, and some of these attitudes include: willingness to ensure users’ satisfaction (???? = 3.37), willingness to communicate effectively to users about available resources in the library (???? = 3.34) and feeling of fulfillment while helping users access relevant information (???? = 3.34 Std. dev.= 0.829). The library staff's attitude and dedication to promoting the use of library resources have a big impact on the caliber of services offered.
