Abstract: Zenodo – Short Description (EN) ⚒️📜 IPX — Distributed IP Scan Exchange is a patent-alternative, audit-ready workflow for brokering and transferring IP/knowledge artifacts via distributed, high-dimensional scanning by seller, broker, and buyer. Instead of “fit/not fit” judgments, the system computes market feasibility spectra (utility/cost/risk ranges) under a standardized license core (one-time payment, perpetual use, no support/updates, sublicensable/transferable). Built-in non-reliance, fail-closed gating, and an agent-based processing mesh prevent advisory/insurance triggers and keep responsibilities cleanly separated.
