Abstract: It has come to the attention of the publisher that the article – Yufei Wang, Song Cen, Yan Shang, Qun Zhang – High-performance unsymmetric 8-node hexahedral element for modeling growth-induced deformation of soft materials, Engineering Computations; https://doi.org/10.1108/EC-05-2025-0406 did not include the acknowledgement. The funding should read, “The financial support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (12372197, 12072154) is greatly appreciated.” This error was introduced during the article publication process, for which the publisher apologises.
