Green synthesis of biological active of pyrimidoazepines employing Ag/Fe3O4/TiO2/CuO: Reduction of organic Pollutants
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Ag/Fe3O4/TiO2 magnetic nanocomposites were synthesized by the Petasites hybridus rhizome water extract as green media and used for one-pot multicomponent reaction of isatins, electron deficient acetylenic compounds, -haloketones, ammonium acetate, tert-butyl isocyanide and ethyl bromopyruvate in aqueous media at room temperature for the production of novel derivatives of oxazolopyrimidoazepines in excellent yields. The synthesized oxazolopyrimidoazepines have OH and NH functional groups that have acidic hydrogen and show high antioxidant activity. Moreover, reduction of organic pollutants such 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) was performed by synthesized Ag/Fe3O4/TiO2 in water at room temperature. The outcomes showed this catalyst was decreased organic pollutants in few seconds. The employed process for production of oxazolopyrimidoazepines has some benefits such as short time of reactions, excellent efficiency of product, easy separation of catalyst and products.
