Abstract: بلغت عناية الإسلام بذوي الهمم حدًا بالغًا من السمو والرفعة، ولا أدل على ذلك من مشاركة ذوي الهمم في جميع النواحي ومنها النواحي السياسية والعسكرية موضوع البحث، واشتمل هذا البحث على تمهيد عن: مفهوم ذوي الهمم في اللغة والاصطلاح، ولماذا سمى أصحاب الهمم بهذا الاسم؟، لماذا القرن الأول بداية تاريخ ذوي الهمم؟ ومبحثين، الأول عن: المشاركة السياسية لذوي الهمم خلال القرن الأول الهجري، وجاء المبحث الثاني عن: المشاركة العسكرية لذوي الهمم خلال القرن الأول الهجري، ثم الخاتمة وتضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصل إليها البحث، وقد اتبعت الباحثة منهج البحث العلمي القائم على الاستدلال والاستنتاج، وكذلك المنهج التحليلي باستخدام المصادر والمراجع العربية ذات الصلة بزمن البحث.Islam's concern for people of determination has reached a great degree of sublimity and elevation. This is evidenced by the participation of people of determination in all aspects، including political and military aspects. This research has included a prelude to: the concept of people of determination in language and terminology، and why did people of determination call this name، why did the first century start the history of people of determination? Researchers، the first on: political participation of people of determination during the first century of Hijri، and the second on: military participation of people of determination during the first century of Hijri، and then the conclusion، which included the main findings and recommendations of the research، followed the scientific research methodology based on reasoning and conclusion، as well as the analytical curriculum using Arab sources and references relevant to the research time.
