Abstract: Rejuvenation treatments have progressively transitioned to integrated methods that target the biological systems responsible for aging and functional deterioration. Nutrition therapy has frequently been regarded as a supplementary element rather than a primary factor in rejuvenation results. This study analyzed existing information indicating that nutritional therapy serves as a fundamental metabolic framework for rejuvenation by modulating critical pathways associated with cellular repair, mitochondrial function, and systemic metabolic balance. The time and quality of macronutrient consumption were demonstrated to influence nutrient-sensing and anabolic signaling pathways vital for tissue repair and regeneration, whereas adequate micronutrient levels were crucial for sustaining redox equilibrium and protecting mitochondrial integrity. Moreover, age-related metabolic variability constrained the efficacy of universal dietary guidelines, underscoring the therapeutic significance of precision nutrition strategies. Customized nutritional approaches that incorporate molecular, metabolic, and phenotypic information have demonstrated the ability to improve metabolic flexibility, diminish chronic low-grade inflammation, and bolster adaptive capability. The findings collectively indicated a paradigm shift in which nutrition therapy served not as a supplementary measure, but as the foundational framework for effective and sustained rejuvenation strategies.
