Resonance Matching Theory: Experimental Demonstration of the Solution to the Quantum Collapse Problem
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: This study addresses the quantum collapse problem within the framework of "Resonance Matching Theory" and presents experimental indicators of this theory on the IBM Quantum platform. Built upon the relational derivation of time and space (Sunay, 2026), this approach proposes that measurement is not a passive "collapse" but an active "resonance matching" process between the observer and the system. Our theory derives Born's rule through matching probability and attributes quantum randomness to the observer's stochastic noise spectrum. Experimental results on IBM Quantum devices (ibm_marrakesh, ibm_fez) exhibit 98.96% stability and a 5-6 minute "optimum matching point," supporting the theoretical predictions. quantum collapse problem, resonance matching theory, Sunay Violation Principle, relational physics, Born's rule, observer noise, IBM Quantum, quantum measurement problem
