Abstract: Objective: This study investigates the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing fetal distress. Methods: Through retrospective analysis of ultrasound data from January 2023 to January 2025 at our hospital, 80 pregnant women with fetal distress were included in the observation group, while 80 healthy singleton pregnancies served as controls. All cases underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination. Results: The diagnostic accuracy for oligohydramnios reached 100% through color Doppler ultrasound. For tachycardia, umbilical cord entanglement, abnormal fetal movements, umbilical artery S/D ratio>3.0, and middle cerebral artery RI index <0.7, the diagnostic accuracy was ≥80%. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound demonstrates high diagnostic accuracy for multiple indicators of fetal distress and effectively monitors fetal hemodynamic changes, providing crucial evidence for clinical intervention.
