Abstract: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام استراتيجية REACT على تنمية مهارات الترابط الرياضي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تبنى هذا البحث المنهج التجريبي المعتمد على التصميم شبه التجريبي للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ذي القياسين القبلي والبعدي، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (30) تلميذ من تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي تمثل المجموعة التجريبية، و(30) تلميذ من تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي تمثل المجموعة الضابطة، وتمثلت مواد وأدوات البحث في قائمة بمهارات الترابط الرياضي الواجب توافرها لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي، وكتاب التلميذ في وحدتي (مساحة بعض المضلعات، مساحة بعض الأشكال ثلاثية الأبعاد) المعاد صياغتها في ضوء خطوات استراتيجية REACT، ودليلًا للمعلم وفق خطوات الاستراتيجية، واختبارًا للترابط الرياضي، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار مهارات الترابط الرياضي ككل ومكوناته الفرعية (الترابط المفاهيمي، الترابط التطبيقي أو الاجرائي، الترابط التكاملي) كلا على حده لصالح تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية، مما يدل على فاعلية استراتيجية REACT في تنمية مهارات الترابط الرياضي. The current study aimed at using the REACT strategy to develop mathematical connection skills for preparatory school students. The study adopted semi- quasi experimental design with two groups: experimental and control with pre- post testing. The participants were (30) sixth grade preparatory students in each group either the experimental and the control group. The instruments were: a list of mathematical connection skills for six grade preparatory school students, a student’s book for two units (area of some polygons and area of some three dimensional shapes) which were updated according to the REACT Strategy, a teacher’s guide designed according to the strategy, and a mathematical connection skills test. The results of the study showed a statical difference at (0.05) level between the mean scores of the experimental and control group in the pre- post test of the mathematical connection skills test for the experimental group which proved the effectiveness of REACT strategy in developing mathematical connection skills.
