17 01 Base Architecture Esophageal Adenocarcinoma
Year: 2026
Type: article
Abstract: Esophageal adenocarcinoma arises at the squamocolumnar junction (SCJ), a region of inherentectoderm-endoderm transition subjected to chronic gastric acid reflux . Unlike hepatocellular carcinoma where microenvironmental parameters exhibit modest variation , EAC developsunder extreme pH volatility: luminal pH oscillates 0.2 ↔ 0.7 (normalized scale) with circadianreflux cycles, creating persistent selection pressure for adaptive plasticity . I try to take a snaphot at the carconomas base architecture and overall dynamics in order to be able to better simulate various senarious in which different elements and vectors are permutated.
