Abstract: A community can feed itself without charity, permits, or permission. The EArTh system does it with one rule: food money must rot if hoarded. A decaying token sets a universal food floor, Market Gardens pay guaranteed wages, and a Public Diner anchors circulation. Governance happens in open assemblies, not offices. This is a parallel circuit for essentials—simple, legal, and buildable anywhere. The model works because it treats food as a right, not a ration.
