Abstract: Current version: 10.5281/zenodo.19478967. This document is an earlier foundational formulation within the public derivation trail of the TII project. It presents the timeless ontological line of the framework, in which temporal appearance is treated through observer-level projection, constrained readout, and non-temporal structural order. It remains publicly available as part of the project’s visible historical trace. It should not be read as a self-sealing or final authority text, nor as a higher final court standing over the observer-level formulation of the project. Later pressure and revision did not remove this document. They clarified its role as one earlier foundational line within the derivation history of the framework, while reducing the risk that it be overread as the final ontological authority of the whole project.
