The Missing Element Capable of Being the Sole Carrier of the Eternal Mind that Forms the Laws and Constants of the Universe

Abstract: This paper examines the concept of the Eternal Mind not as a mystical or abstract idea, but as a logically substantiated principle that governs the laws and constants of our Universe. The study analyzes various physical substances—matter, radiation, and dark matter—to determine which of these might serve as the carrier of a meta-level of information responsible for the organization of reality.The logical analysis concludes that the only physically plausible candidate for the role of the universal carrier of this information is dark energy. Due to its homogeneity and omnipresence, dark energy influences all processes and constants throughout the Universe, regardless of local events. It can logically be argued that dark energy represents the very informational principle described in my previous papers, one that has neither biological nor conscious nature, yet is an essential element for the existence of stable laws and causal relationships in physical reality.
