Abstract: Structural Incompressibility in an NP-Complete Family This paper provides a formal proof of the $P \neq NP$ separation by establishing a structural incompressibility theorem for an explicit NP-complete family, $F^{AGI*}$. Unlike previous attempts, this version (v7.2) integrates computational verification of the underlying construction's properties. The Proof Pipeline The argument is established through a three-stage architectural pipeline: Stage-II (Compilation Theorem): Any deterministic polynomial-time Turing machine is mapped to a certified $k$-local "Notebook". This trace forces a strict alignment between the decider’s internal state and the instance's local boundaries ($k = \Theta(\log n)$). Stage-III (Completion-Mass Bound): We prove that the structural entropy of $F^{AGI*}$ is incompressible. Through the Archivador Lemma, we demonstrate that the informational capacity of a polynomial-time machine ($T \cdot \log n$) is strictly lower than the registration mass required to ensure global consistency. Computational Validation (New in v7.2): We provide numerical evidence of the construction’s resilience: Spectral Analysis: Simulations of $MIXrob$ gadgets confirm a subdominant eigenvalue $\lambda_2 \approx 0.45$, ensuring exponential correlation decay and "Machine Blindness." Algebraic Immunity: Verification of Bent-core gadgets confirms scaling of Algebraic Immunity (AI) towards theoretical maximums, ruling out shortcuts like Gaussian Elimination or internal hashing. Conclusion By isolating all design-dependent assumptions into an auditable checklist (P1-P3, $K_2$), the proof reduces the separation question to verifiable informational limits. This version includes finalized notation, numerical stress-tests, and refutations of global pruning/hashing objections. What's new in version 7.2: Integrated Numerical Results: Confirmed spectral gap values ($\lambda_2 \approx 0.45$) and algebraic immunity scaling. Section 9 (New): Dedicated to Computational Verification and experimental data. Refined Appendix Z: Formal refutation of global pruning and internal hashing strategies. Expanded Bibliography: Updated with modern references to information theory (Shannon, Levin-Peres) and cryptographic resilience (Carlet).
