Abstract: 文章阐述了国医大师孙申田教授在治疗痛风性关节炎（GA）时运用调神针刺辨治的临床思维和针法特点。孙教授认为该病主要与禀赋不足、外邪入侵、饮食不节等因素有关，并强调针刺治疗时应以调神为要，神安痛减。在整体观念和经络辨证的理论指导下，运用经颅重复针刺刺激疗法（rTAS），通过选取百会、宁神、情感区调节脑神；选取神门、内关以调心神，加之配穴对症治疗，施以捻转调气，安神止痛。通过临床跟师学习、整理精选医案、总结心得体会等分析孙教授针刺辨治痛风性关节炎的临证经验，并列举临床验案加以佐证。
