Abstract: This record documents a conceptual framework for the application of the TCF / TBF (Theory of Fundamental Belief) in artificial intelligence contexts. The scope of this framework includes AI safety and governance, alignment and ethical oversight, human–AI interaction, and educational or assistive AI systems. This record is strictly conceptual. It does not provide algorithms, code, architectures, prompts, or implementation guidance. “This version adds an AI usage boundaries addendum and legal clarification.”
