Abstract: This article reviewed the definition,content,construction steps,and methods of patient journey mapping,as well as related applications and research progress in patient experience and nursing service quality.It summarized the advantages,limitations,and application prospects of patient journey mapping.The aim was to provide theoretical guidance for their clinical applications,to improve patients' medical experience,and to promote the continuous improvement of nursing service quality.
