Abstract: This document defines the responsibilities and non-responsibilities of an author publishing normativecontent under a persistent DOI. The purpose is to delimit authorial obligation, prevent post-publicationnorm drift, and protect archival integrity. This document introduces no obligations beyond definitionalprecision, boundary clarity, and version stability.
