Abstract: Interrupted aortic arch (IAA) is defined as a complete luminal and anatomical interruption between ascending and descending aorta. The occurrence of IAA in conjunction with an aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) is exceptionally rare. We report a case of an 8-month-old male infant diagnosed with type B IAA and ARSA using computed tomography angiography, highlighting the need for early surgical correction to restore and maintain normal systemic circulation.
