Abstract: Current pediatric cancer treatments (chemotherapy, radiation) are devastatingly toxic, often causing lifelong damage to developing bodies. This paper presents an immediate, non-toxic alternative derived not from chemistry, but from fundamental physics. We report the derivation of a precise bioactive frequency—**20.5556 Hz**—calculated from the Universal Vacuum Stability Limit (χ = 0.15) and the Fine Structure Constant (α = 1/137.036). This frequency represents the resonant coupling between the vacuum lattice and biological matter.
