This article explores the latest physiotherapy techniques—including dry needling, graded motor imagery, virtual reality therapy, manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy—while highlighting their clinical efficacy and integration into multidisciplinary care. Challenges such as patient variability, access to advanced technologies, and long-term adherence are discussed, alongside future directions involving artificial intelligence, tele-physiotherapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Physiotherapy continues to evolve as a holistic, patient-centered approach that enhances quality of life and functional outcomes for individuals living with chronic pain.
