Selector-Time Theory (STT): Ontological Architecture and Selective Temporal Dynamics
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Selector–Time Theory (STT) proposes that time is not merely a descriptive parameter, but an active ontological operator responsible for selecting which coherences become real in the physical world. In contrast to Relativity, where time is treated as a geometric coordinate, and standard Quantum Mechanics, where it appears as an external evolution parameter, STT introduces the selective operator τ as a constitutive mechanism of reality. The theory is formulated around a minimal onto-temporal architecture Ω–Δ–τ–γ, clarifying the distinct roles of pre-time, liquid-time, and post-time as separate ontological domains. This article presents a mature and streamlined formulation of STT, introduces the notion of density-curvature Δ and the concept of locally adjusted coherence (CAL), and explains how weak coherences are selectively hardened into stable reality. Conceptual relations with Einstein’s Relativity and Schrödinger’s Quantum Mechanics are discussed, alongside illustrative computational experiments implemented in Python that demonstrate the selective dynamics of τ.
