Abstract: This study presents the synthesis of a new compound, ethyl 2-(2-((6-methyl-4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-yl)methylene)hydrazinyl)thiazole-4-carboxylate, obtained by the Hantzsch heterocyclisation reaction. The compound was analyzed through melting point determination, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, infrared, and UV spectroscopy.
