Abstract: This record presents a standalone technical disclosure of the Sub-Threshold Quantum Tunneling Light-Emitting Device (ST-QTLED), a subsystem originally introduced within The Whisper Grid architecture. The disclosure isolates the device’s operating principles, physical constraints, and intended use as an ultra-low-current optoelectronic load. The work is released as a defensive publication to establish prior art and support open scientific discussion.
