Abstract: In this open letter, Dr. Ammar Yaseen Mansour – drawing from his unique clinical background during the Syrian conflict – presents fundamental challenges to several established theories in neuroscience. His critique is based on ambiguous clinical observations and neurological cases resistant to mainstream explanation.
