Abstract: The Matlab file includes stimulus and saccade aligned responses and choice probabilities for all cells recorded when the monkey made at least two choices to the target in or target out location (CI or CO) when either no stimulus (0), a target within the receptive field (Tin), or a target outside of the receptive field (Tout) was presented. Data was integrated in 50-ms bins at 200 Hz and stimulus-aligned data starts at 50 ms before stimulus onset and ends 200 ms after stimulus onset, while saccade-aligned data starts at 150 ms before saccade onset and ends 140 ms after saccade onset (130 ms for Tout). The Matlab function used to compute choice probability is also included.
