Abstract: Matlab data file with single trial average membrane potentials (data_all) at stimulus onset (prestim8) and reaction times (RT) for choice in (CI) and choice out (CO) trials for no stimulus (0), target in (Tin), and target out (Tout). Sample code is provided to compute the correlation between these variables. Only data with at least 3 data points were included in the figure. Each recording is organized as a cell {1} through {31} for each variable.
