Abstract: Candid will host a webinar titled Introduction to measuring your impact on Sept. 11 at 2:00 pm ET. According to organizers, even though many nonprofits do great work, many find it challenging to measure and explain the impact of that work and demonstrate that their various programs get results. With that in mind, Candid says, adopting an outcome-centric approach will lead to stronger program design and increased funding opportunities for nonprofits of any type. In this introductory course, attendees will learn the basics of shifting focus from their nonprofit's activities to its outcomes. The webinar aims to demystify the language of outcomes measurement, organizers said, and guide participants through the process of creating logic models for their programs.
