Abstract: This paper presents the design and simulation of a smart traffic light using the Arduino UNO platform in the Tinkercad virtual environment. The project implements an adaptive regulation system of the duration of the light signals depending on the traffic density, simulated by means of two potentiometers. The goal is to optimize the waiting time at intersections and streamline road traffic.
