Abstract: These are Matlab and Mathematica functions to generate the analytical predictions for choice probability to detect one (or none) low contrast target based on the models described in Figure 4-5 and the Supplemental Materials.For the csv files (Figure 5): Each file contains a 20X20 matrix of cp values for the corresponding condition Tnone, Tin, and Tout. For each file, a row corresponds to a given correlation value, evenly spaced from 0 to 1, top to bottom. For each file, a column corresponds to a variance value for the attention state, evenly spaced from 0 to 2, left to right.
