Abstract: p = 0.67) and abnormal microarray (30% v 51%, p = 0.09) were similar between groups.Pregnancy loss at any gestational age was noted to be 16% in the NT ≥ 3.95 mm group compared with only 6% in the NT < 3.95 group (p = 0.03).Median gestational age at delivery was earlier in the higher NT group (38 v 39 weeks, p= 0.02); however, preterm birth rates were similar (33% vs. 18%, p = 0.13).Other birth outcomes including mode of delivery, birth weight, Apgar scores, NICU admission, and postpartum hemorrhage were similar across groups. Conclusions: In patients where NT ≥ 3.95 mm imaged between 11 and 14 weeks, there was a greater incidence of fetal structural anomalies and adverse pregnancy.Continued use of the NT measurement for prediction of fetal anomalies is suggested.
