Abstract: This object contains the supplementary information for the paper "Genome-wide association study reveals multiple loci for nociception and opioid consumption behaviors associated with heroin vulnerability in outbred rats." GWAS results (zip files) contains the phenotypes, genotypes, summary statistics, images, etc. Traits for opioid self-administration (gwas_heroin_traits) are represented as both raw values and normalized values that were used for GWAS.
