In table 1 on page 4, the numbers of patients in line 1 of the footnote, “No prevention n = 74, PVT n = 231, PVT with peritoneal closure n = 310.” were incorrect. They should have been “No prevention n = 79, PVT only n = 232, PVT with peritoneal closure n = 325.” We apologize for this error.
