Abstract: Title: Presentation: USC Code Parameter Calibration and Predictive Metrology in GTWSSF USC GTCW Theory Description: This presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the calibration process for the Universal Space Code (USC) module within the framework of the Global Theory of Common Coupling of Fundamental Structures (GTWSSF). The material documents the transition from operational parameter identification to rigorous predictive metrology. Key highlights of the presentation include: Numerical Calibration: Determination of the single-electron invariant $I_{e} = 0.08515 \pm 0.02945$ and the code deformation gradient $\Delta\kappa$ with a statistical significance of $Z = 4.02$, based on CMS data (O-O collisions at 5.36 TeV) and Hard-X diffraction. Predictive Models: Formalization of equations for the electron mass ($m_{e}$) and the Gravity-Electromagnetism relation ($\Xi_{n}$), emphasizing the protocol for blind validation. Theoretical Extensions: Application of the EWOG framework to resolve the SPT2349-56 protocluster thermal paradox and the integration of the chiral sector based on instabilities observed in tellurium. Roadmap 2026-2027: The schedule for incorporating the neutrino sector and finalizing the reproducibility audit (Criterion $C_{5}$). This publication serves as a technical companion to the BK-X11 report and is intended for the high-energy physics community and researchers focusing on the foundations of theoretical physics.
