Abstract: Entrepreneurial failure is often perceived as a negative outcome, yet it holds significant potential for learning and long-term success. This paper explores the concept of failure as a learning tool in entrepreneurship, highlighting its constructive role in building resilience, improving decisionmaking, and fostering innovation. Drawing from a multidisciplinary literature review, the study outlines key frameworks such as failure-based learning models, psychological capital, and experiential learning. It also examines cultural and contextual variables that influence how failure is interpreted and utilized by entrepreneurs. The paper proposes that embracing failure can strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, particularly when supported by mentorship, education, and institutional tolerance. Implications for both practice and policy are discussed, offering a foundation for future empirical research.
