Abstract: Educational management in the digital age involves the development of contemporary learning programs, the use of artificial intelligence in the evaluation of educational development, as well as the development of digital skills both among teachers and among students. An important aspect is the inclusion of interactive technologies in the teaching-learning-evaluation process. The purpose of this paper was to identify the challenges felt by teachers, but also by students, in the transition process to digital education within a pre-university education institution.
