Nano-Cybernetic Behavioral Regulator

Abstract: The Nano-Cybernetic Behavioral Regulator (NCBR) represents a transformative leap in neuro-engineering, integrating advanced memristive physics with biometric artificial intelligence to achieve autonomous behavioral homeostasis. At the heart of this innovation is a high-fidelity Neuromorphic Interface utilizing a graphene-based substrate combined with a nanometer-scale Hafnium Oxide (HfO_2) Memristive Gate. This architecture allows the device to function as a physical hardware-level activation function, replacing the computational lag of traditional software with a solid-state switching speed of 1.84 Microsecond by positioning this system within the Thalamic relay, the NCBR treats the brain's neural architecture as a dynamic Graph Neural Network (GNN), where it acts as a decisive hidden layer for signal rectification and stabilization. The operational intelligence of the NCBR is governed by a Stochastic Adaptive Calibration (SAC) protocol, which utilizes the 3-Sigma statistical rule to establish a personalized healthy baseline for each user. This ensures that the system remains transparent during normal cognitive function but executes an instantaneous voltage clamp when pathological outliers—such as dopamine surges exceeding 120 pg/mL—are detected
