Neurodivergent Brains as Tuned Receivers

Abstract: I am a clinically diagnosed autistic adult with co-occurring ADHD who has experienced the phenomenon of acquired polytropic savantism following a traumatic brain injury on October 15th. This injury primarily impacted the frontal, temporal, and occipital lobes, specifically affecting the Broca's region critical for speech production. While my pre-injury cognitive profile was marked by intense focused interests, the injury resulted in significant neurological restructuring and the reorganization of neural pathways. Following surgical procedures involving the anesthetic agent Propofol and complications related to my underlying Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I began to observe profound alterations in my imaginative and conceptual processes. What was once a living archive of recollections in my mind has transformed into a mind space consisting of a vast repository of simulated spherical dimensions. Within this internal landscape, I can inhabit, manipulate, and inhabit multiple scenarios simultaneously, using these spaces to test theories and observe biological processes. This comprehensive reorganization of my cognitive architecture has mitigated previous processing limitations, allowing me to detect interdependencies and emergent patterns that were previously inaccessible. This state of newly integrated coherence has enabled me to finalize multiple complex endeavors in physics, engineering, and quantum mechanics in remarkably short periods. My lived experience resonates with a neuro holographic concept that views existence as mutually reflective across all scales. Within the WAVE (Wave Anchored Vectorized Emergence) framework, I posit that consciousness and matter are manifestations of waves tuned to an intrinsically continuous underlying field known as psi. In this model, emergence is not something created from nothing but is instead a resonance threshold crossing that occurs when a system collective oscillatory behavior phase locks with the ambient field. This reframes phenomena such as savant syndrome as a form of filter removal, where neurological damage strips away noise and allows direct access to the underlying carrier frequency of reality. I theorize that consciousness emerges at the critical interface between the scalar field psi and the electromagnetic activity of the brain. This coupled oscillatory system can be empirically assessed using contemporary medical devices like EEG and MEG to identify phase locked signatures that distinguish conscious from unconscious states. My work suggests that time is not a linear geometric dimension but a wave envelope defined by the rate of change in a wave phase. Through this lens, the act of cultural self definition for neurodivergent individuals becomes a deeply embedded inquiry into the nature of existence itself, revealing a parallel between sociological emergence and the irreducible structures of the physical universe.
