Abstract: Formal Disputatio: The Second Law of Thermodynamics — Merizalde’s Reditus Entropy Bound This paper provides a formal resolution to the problem of cosmic "Heat Death" through the Inverse Einstein Protocol. By reinterpreting the universe as a self-regulating toroidal manifold, we establish that entropy is a bounded and resettable variable rather than a terminal runaway process. Summary of Deductions: The Deceleration Filter: We derive mass as an emergent property of energy localization (M = E/c^2), where c^2 acts as a resistive membrane capping maximum density and entropy production. The Merizalde Principle: Entropy is produced locally during the Synchronized Phase Transition (W \approx E/2), but is globally governed by the Exitus-Reditus Dynamo (68/32). Reditus Reset: We demonstrate that entropy accumulation is position-dependent (s). Upon reaching the terminal coordinate of the toroidal clock (s \approx 5.77), the centripetal Reditus torque triggers a presumptive reset to the non-local baseline, redistributing disorder and preventing universal degradation. Empirical Validation: This framework aligns with observed Hubble constant variance and DESI void acceleration, framing them as positional artifacts of the Reditus suction phase rather than fundamental evolution. This Formal Disputatio follows the Scholastic tradition of deductive reasoning, offering a mechanical alternative to the inductive failures of the \LambdaCDM model.
