Abstract: In adolescent patients, traumatic dental injuries (TDIs) constitute the predominant etiological factor responsible for the loss of vitality in immature permanent incisors. When such traumatic insults disrupt the integrity of Hertwig's epithelial root sheath (HERS) during the formative stages of root development, they may precipitate pulpal necrosis and consequently arrest further root maturation. 1 Root development is a dynamic biological process characterized by the continued deposition of dentin and cementum, orchestrated by the inductive influence of HERS in conjunction with surrounding mesenchymal progenitor cells.Interruption of this process often culminates in unfavorable anatomical outcomes, including thin and fragile root walls, a persistently wide open apical foramen lacking an apical stop, and a compromised crown-root ratio, thereby increasing the susceptibility of the tooth to fracture.2 The fundamental objective of successful endodontic therapy lies in the preservation of sound tooth structure while maintaining a pathology-free periapical environment. In this context, apexification has traditionally been advocated as a therapeutic modality for managing nonvital immature teeth, most commonly employing a nonsetting calcium hydroxide (CH) [Ca(OH)₂] paste to induce apical barrier formation.Although clinically effective, this conventional approach necessitates multiple appointments with prolonged and repeated intracanal
