Year: 2026
Type: erratum
Abstract: Hertting E, Herling L, Lindqvist PG, Wiberg-Itzel E. Importance of antenatal identification of small for gestational age fetuses on perinatal and childhood outcomes: a register-based cohort study. Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand 2024;103(1):42-50. In the above article, the proportions of “Severe newborn distress” under “Severe adverse outcomea” section of Table 1 and the values of “Severe newborn distress” and “Apgar <4 at 5 minutes” under “Severe adverse outcomea” section in Table 2 are incorrect. The corrected values are given below: This correction affects only the results for the secondary outcome, “severe newborn distress” and does not alter the overall interpretation of the study. The main conclusion remains unchanged. Apologies for the error.
